BEGINNER AGILITY- (Instructor Sherry Wargo)
In this class dogs will learn to properly
perform the individual agility obstacles. The goal is to have every dog
performing the obstacles in a safe and happy manner. Any dog may
repeat this class as many times as necessary to achieve this goal.
An Indoor class.
INTERMEDIATE AGILITY- (Instructor Gary Wargo)
Dog/Handler teams learn simple
sequencing of obstacles. We will stress effective communication
of commands from the handler, and the development of focus and
responsiveness in the dog. Dog/Handler Teams may remain in this
class as long as they wish. The goal is to prepare the dog and handler
for the advanced class.
An Indoor class.
ADVANCED AGILITY- (Instructor Sherry Wargo)
Emphasis is on developing smooth teamwork
and the ability to accurately perform complex handling maneuvers. The
goal is to produce confident, capable teams, ready to enter and enjoy
Agility Trials and earn Titles.
An Indoor class.
COMPETITION AGILITY- (Instructors - Gary & Sherry Wargo, alternating weeks)
For Dog/Handler teams currently competing
or ready to compete. Emphasis is on developing smooth teamwork and
the ability to accurately work together in competition. Novice teams get
exposure to teams already competing successfully, and seasoned
competitors help instruct novice teams. In spring, summer and fall, class
limits are expanded and classes are conducted in a fenced outdoor training
area. Winter Classes are indoors on a rubber floor.
Outdoors, weather permitting.
